01/22_Welcome to tsenso: Dr. Thomas Kiefer.

Dr. Thomas Kiefer successfully completed a PhD after his biology studies in the fields of developmental biology, biochemistry, cell biology and clinical chemistry. During his PhD phase he was able to specialize in the field of native protein chemistry, protein-protein interaction and protein separation.

Currently, Dr. Kiefer is working on the determination and analysis of various quality parameters in food, e.g. the sugar-acid ratio. He uses different physico-chemical methods to detect the ripening behavior of fruits and vegetables.
